I was drinking at the time and I was encountering scary elements in the astral realm. I was able to stop after praying to God. When I got sober I lifted the binding and was able to experience good experiences again. The one above happened before I'd binded myself and before I knew I was going to be constantly leaving my body. I am very happy for your validation that confirms the existence of other beings who co-exist on a parallel realm. I am convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that this was the experience of above. Lynn, if you are not abusing your body or emotions or spirit, then maybe there is a reason you continue to have these visions and experiences? Perhaps you are so HSP, you are supposed to be a "link" from this world to the other? I understand the reclusive nature of this because people would look at us like we were nuts. I have hag dreams often or rather, used to. It's when the astral body fails to reconnect with the physical one and then the feeling of paralysis settles in. Sometimes it feels like we're choking or can't breathe and definitely cannot scream. This was different. Very much different. I could talk and breathe and scream if I needed to. I just did not need to. I was simply petrified from the demons jumping up and down on my bed. My astral was still not connected to my physical or else when I woke I would have seen my feet above the covers, as they were when I was "asleep". [But my astral feet wouldn't be below the covers because of course our astral body extends well past several inches...some odd feet? from our physical.] As for the hag. I first went through that after I began astral projecting. But then so often I was leaving my body that it would be natural I would experience disconnect. I know scientists have their theories but I <b>feel</b> my theories I guess. I detest the hag experience.
