I ended up losing most of my stuff when I contacted their support. Now I have like 6 of my most recents. THAT is annoying.

6 months later and it still occurs. My blog was started nearly a month ago, and it still shows only the original post. http://technorati.com/blogs/http://lantrix.homeip.net

Yet I have posted over 15 entries over the last 20 days.

Time to email tech support again, or maybe technorati can just die a slow death?

The problem started for me aout a week ago for me , I have only been registered with technorati about a month so this kind of unreliability really turns me off to it.

I thought I'd share my Technorati troubles too. I've been running Krunker.com since early 2005 and I've never had trouble with Technorati until now. About 2 weeks ago, the site stopped indexing my site and I thought it was merely something on my end. I sent in support emails up the wazzoo and I checked my site code to make sure everything was ok.. but to no avail. I wouldn't normally care except I noticed a significant drop off in traffic recently which also is due to Technorati not indexing my site.
Now the one good thing that this has done is cause me to look into good search engine optimization techniques to make sure my site is well indexed in places other than Technorati.
Nevertheless, I've been having my share of troubles with Technorati so you guys are NOT alone!

Today I got an email from Technorati Support with an apology for late response as well as the reason of all these (" We've been experiencing a backlog in support and
are working hard to address everyone. ") and also from now on my blog is being indexed, pinged correctly! Let's hope technorati solves this issue for everyone that has this problem!

September 18 Update: Please please please keep in mind friends that as I share my experience I want that to no way detract from yours - as mine could seemingly change at any moment.

As of my last posting before this date, Technorati did index it.

Still have heard nothing back from tech support and perhaps it was on my end. Let me share with you what I did discover that was "wrong" with my site. I am trying to share this in hopes that if we can share what it was we did "incorrectly" we can help each other. This worked for me and given that T. did not respond I don't know if it was what I did that made a difference. ...and for all I know they could stop picking me up again tomorrow. :)

I use feedburner for my feeds. As you may see, my articles are quite lengthy as it's not really "a blog" and so hence, with Feedburner picking up all content from my posts it had grown to an unacceptable size for Feedburner.

When I altered Feedburner to just pick up the last ten posts for example, it was under the size limit Feedburner has imposed. Success! My feeds were now updated and then Technorati picked up my last post. Coincidence? I don't know. But for you Feedburner clients, it may be worth considering.

Much love,
Samsara

PS. If you tweak your Feedburner and have success with Technorati, could you let us know?

WOW...I'm glad I found this blog! I thought it was definitely me! I recently discovered the Technorati plugin and started tagging my posts. Then I went to Technorati, and saw that my blog was last updated 37 days ago! OMG!!!!!!! Yet they have all the posts listed from the last year or so that I started this particular blog.

I've already written to support and got the standard e-mail back that everyone else seems to have gotten.

Now go figure, but I claimed another new blog of mine a few days ago, and Technorati's stats are right on the money!!! Really...

Hope they get this resolved soon!

Guys, I have the same problem too. I have sent an email to tech support of Technorati but they never replied to me :(
Well I think that very inresponsible of them to sent the spiders only if you email them. Shouldn't they sent them nevertheless? I am very disappointed of Technorati's support :S
